The Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) is built for people who manage branches, relationships and day-to-day banking operations. The curriculum is drawn from live retail and commercial banking practice in the Gulf, covering service standards, operational controls and the commercial judgement branch and relationship teams are expected to show.
