Certified Consumer Lending Manager

The Certified Consumer Lending Manager (CCLM) is built for people who manage branches, relationships and day-to-day banking operations. The curriculum is drawn from live retail and commercial banking practice in the Gulf, covering service standards, operational controls and the commercial judgement branch and relationship teams are expected to show.

Candidates can prepare through self-study, live online sessions, or in-person workshops, and every registration, exam and certificate is handled directly by Enlight.
